  1. Why should I buy from Keltica?.

Keltica Fine Jewellery  has been in operation for the best part of 20 years. Cumulatively, the principals of the company have amassed over 50 years experience in the jewellery industry. We are Celts and proud of it. Our reputation is paramount to us, but no more so than that of our clientele.

We treasure the relationships we establish with them, the trust they place in us and the mutual benefit we all derive from our shared heritage.

We also make really, really nice jewellery!

  1. Are you manufacturers?

Yes. From the design, production, stone selection and finishing of the final piece, we create everything in our own workshops. We do not import jewellery from other manufacturers or farm any of our production offshore.

  1. What diamond quality you use?

The small goods we use (for bead setting, small centers and anniversary bands)  are G - H colour and Si1 - Si2 clarity with a good to excellent cut.

Diamond solitaires are available from 0.20ct and up. We have an extensive inventory of centre stones available,  in sizes up to 1.50cts and in a range of qualities. Please ask us for quotes - I’m sure you’ll find our prices competitive.

Alternatively, we are more than happy to supply you with semi-mounts, if you so wish, or to re-mount a customer’s own stones.

  1. Are your diamonds certified?

Larger stones for solitaires and 3 stone rings may already be pre certified by the GIA or IGL, or by a local respected appraisal house (we will advise you of this at time of quotation).

If not, and Keltica’s own diamond assessment will not suffice, then an independent appraisal can always be supplied.

  1. Can you make the ring in the size I need?

As long as the style lends itself to the size you require, then yes. We’ve made rings from size 3.5 to 16 so if your finger falls within that range, we can most likely do it. We also make to a quarter size if that’s what fits and can ‘comfortfit’ if necessary.

  1. How long does it take to produce my ring?

We have, on occasion, delivered rings in less than 48 hours from placement of the order (that includes overnight shipping!). Although this is something we take pride in, it’s not a situation we’d like to become accustomed to.

Generally speaking, a delivery time of between 2 - 4 weeks can be expected.

We ship with Fedex

  1. If I buy samples, do you have displays/promotional materiel?

Yes. Depending on the level of your buy in, we will supply you with Keltica ring displays, counter card and holder, ad mats for advertising plus an invitation to join our own co-opted advertising program.

  1. What payment options do you accept?

Pre authorised, Paypal or Visa
